Team,

I have a problem at one of my customer and I'd like to know if someone has already seen this problem. MC9590 units running WM65 OEM 41 and Fusion 25R and Staylink telnet client.   The units intermittently try to suspend , display goes off , red light stay on  and there is no keyboard activity but unit remains pingable and we can even connect to it using MSP remote control.   However, the unit cannot be resumed and must be rebooted in order for it to begin working again.

 if you have already seen this problem what was the solution?
