If you are referring to skip calibrastion, please refer to the attached file:WT41N0-Skip Calibration.reg
For turning off the Automatically SIP, please refer to attached file -NoAutoSIP.reg
Steps to apply registry:
1)Copy the registry file to device's Application folder.
2)Cold boot the device.
