I've tried multiple times, using the installer, and using the CAB file from the Runtime folder, and I get the same error on the device,  each time:
 
File Not Copied [ok][x] : The File "WebkitPlatformdeliveryCompiledAsDLL.dll was not copied successfully. To reinstall, you will  need to get the source .cab file again. Continue with setup?
 
Does anyone have a functional copy of the install files or the above cab file?
