Does TC70 with Android 4.4.2 ,support enterprise browser?  How can i test EB outside of TC70

I am trying to check , whether our HTML5   web application  can be run in EB.
Can i install EB in Windows desktop/Mac  & test ?

HTML5 can be run on EB.
And TC70 Kitkat devices are supported on Enterprise Browser.

In Windows or MAC you can only install EB installer and then deploy the EB runtime in Android devices.

EB can not be run on Windows or MAC OS.

I think you are looking for some kind of simulator. Is it?
