I would like to use the tutorial Basic Scanning Tutorial using Barcode API - Zebra Technologies Techdocs in RAD Studio (Delphi) app. Having problems with symbol.emdk after compiling java class and converting it with java2OP. Is there any examples I can look at, any advise or suggestions will be much appreciated.

You may consider using DataWedge intents instead of the Barcode API.
DataWedge intents typically are much easier to implement.
