I am trying to print a label for a production unit after testing.  Since the labels are quite small,
we would like to print them one by one in multiple columns

Is there a way to program zpl to
print a label,
feed and peel,
Then backfeed when the next zpl command comes,
print on the next column,
feed and peel,
Then backfeed agin when the next zpl command comes,
print on the next column,
etc..

I tried looking at the manual, but couldn't find a way to achieve this.

The backfeed feature on the printers only allows a small amount backfeed for easy peel off in non rewind mode. Unfortunately we cannot backfeed the entire label. To print the labels on multiple columns, we can put the individual labels in one ZPL, as if they are one label in one ZPL (One ZPL means there is one pair of ^XA and ^XZ to enclose the ZPL). Hope this helps.
