Good day ,  Can you help me resolve my problem regarding printing of Arabic character using the printer GX420t and GX430t.
It’s not working when I tried to print Arabic even I already install the font Swiss 721 BT.
Can you suggest what I need to do to make the font of Arabic work.
your help would be greatly appreciated.

font Swiss 721 BT (77849_002.ZSU)  already installed.

The firmware version of my printer is : V56.17.17Z. is it possible that the version of the printer is not supported Arabic even it’s already installed?
