Hello

I got a used Motorola FX9500 on eBay. I'm trying to connect to it but so far no luck. When it starts I get a green light with a red fault light. I can't access the webpage using the IP that's assigned to the reader (found using wireshark).

I've tried connecting through the serial connector but get the following...

So looks like it is connecting but something is bad on the reader. I've tried doing a reset many many times but that doesn't seem to resolve the issue.

If anyone has any ideas that would be great.
