Not able to Connect to Zebra Bluetooth Scanner (DS3678) // Expert user has replied. M Maniteja Chimakurthi 3 years 5 months ago 283 1 0 Hi, I am facing issue with Zebra scanner DS3678 it was throwing an error "not able to connect to scanner" Socket error. I turned on both Zebra Scanner Bluetooth and Device Bluetooth as well but then also it was throwing an error. I downloaded the Sample APK from "Google Play Store" and i tried to connect to the zebra Scanner but fortunately same issue was observed. Can anyone please help me out of the issue.

Hello Maniteja,
Could you please provide us following information please.

What was the pairing barcode you were using (Bluetooth LE or Bluetooth Classic)
If you know how to capture a adb trace could you forward us the same?
Are you in a position to update scanner firmware? Do you know the procedure?
What Android version you are using and the device?
