Hi Arun,
WM6.5's RDP Client does not provide support for function keys.
Fn keys are assigned to OS specific functions like Phone, END, Volume Up/Down etc.
Please take a look at this free RDP alternative https://code.google.com/p/rdesktop-ce/.
